Whether you're heading out on a boat trip or enjoying fish and chips by the shore, everything is close by. You’ll also have access to kayak's and boogie boards, making it easy to launch into water adventures.  
  
This bright and sunny home is designed for easy coastal living, with a spacious patio, fully-fenced garden, outdoor dining furniture, and a BBQ ready for relaxed alfresco meals. Inside, the open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar for casual catch-ups.  
  
Unwind in the cosy lounge with TV, books, and board games—perfect for downtime after a day of sun and sea. Three comfortable bedrooms ensure space for everyone: the master includes a king bed, ensuite, and its own TV; the second bedroom has a king bed; and the third offers two king singles, great for kids or extra guests. A stylish family bathroom and a laundry area add everyday convenience.  
  
There’s secure parking, plus room for a boat up to 7 metres—perfect for those wanting to explore Mercury Bay by water. You’re also just a two-minute walk from the scenic Waterways Canal. Local family favourites like mini-golf, the cinema, and the Mercury Bay Museum are nearby, while The Lost Spring thermal pools and spa offer a serene retreat for the adults.
