Upstairs you will find the Master bedroom and third bedroom with full bathroom with newer jetted tub and laundry area. Master bedroom offers King bed with HDTV (upper), Queen room on main floor also offers an HDTV and single bunks in third bedroom (upper) with an additional sofabed in the living room. The layout works perfectly for two small families! Ideally located within walking distance to all the activities Whistler has to offer. You will find Whistler Village out the front and to the right and with the Upper Village just across the street. You can also enjoy the trail along Fitzsimmons Creek and over the quaint walking bridge to the village in 5 minutes at a slow pace! The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. This was our 7th annual ski vacation lodging @ Gables ; it was perfect as usual - lovely home within a few hundred steps from both the Village & Blackcomb lifts & village and yet encircled by a beautiful tree grove with a nearby stream- a truly winter wonderland . Archival ### 6/10 Okay 3 Apr 2016 #### Skiing vacation at Whistler, BC Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rather highly-priced accommodation that did not fully meet expectations. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, the bathrooms were not properly cleaned and carpets were not vacuum-cleaned. Also, the dish-washer was leaking and we had a problem with the fireplace (resulting in apartment filling with the smoke). Also, we have not found any basic information about the resort (which can usually be found at the European skiing resorts), which could have been a big plus. On the positive side, the contact person (Gillian) was very receptive, as she tried to react to our complaints in the most efficient and timely manner. Big credits to her! The unit had enough space for four of us and one unexpected overnight guest. Two levels and ample seating areas at the kitchen counter, dining table and comfy living room were perfect for us.
