There's a dedicated bike storage room and ski lockers at this place. It takes five minutes to walk up to this place from the base and a ten-minute walk to the village. The overall cost for our Canada ski trip was about 3/5ths of what a similar trip to Colorado or Utah would have been. Whistler village is close enough to take a healthy walk for dinner or shopping. Plenty to do around town…arts center, native peoples cultural center, etc. For daily swimmers like myself, the Meadow Park Athletic Complex, about 4K North on 99 has lap lanes. Spacious unit, with great amenities in the building including ski lockers, hot tub and pool. Complex has a great size heated pool for winter and hot tub as well. Came here for the summer and noticed there is a bike storage room for bikes separate from skis. Easy easy to find, Easy Check-in, The staff were nice, and checked up on us after we'd been in the room for a while to see if we were missing anything. The place had a pretty good layout, and up to date look and feel. I'm a bit disappointed we only stayed one night. Some of our party stayed behind to check us out, so we were able to take advantage of the ski-out, which was nice. For the price it was great. Only giving it 4 stars because I'm not entirely familiar with this rating system and it wasn't a 5 star room. This was a good equivalent of a 4 star hotel.
