Things to Know The pool and hot tubs are outdoor facilities at the Cascade Lodge. For the safety of our guests, heavy snow, cold temperatures, and/or icy conditions will determine if the pool and hot tubs are available. Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by ResortQuest Whistler Property Management, Inc., an affiliate of Vacasa. It's always a great time. I love that I can book a specific room and see the room before I arrive, not just a random room provided in the adverts. The Wifi worked great, the pools were warm and well maintained, the staff are always available and very professional and kind. To be honest, some of the rooms are a little bit dated looking but more modern ones are available at a slightly higher price. This is one of the most affordable properties in Whistler.
