Things to Know The fitness room is located on the lobby level, which is also the 2nd level in the D-wing. Standard hours: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm. Use the key card provided during check-in to access. Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25. I should have looked closer at pictures- no oven, washer or dryer. I have not run into that before when staying in Whistler, but this was a very small unit. It was clean and quiet for two great nights of sleep. Room was pretty clean and well appointed. The only complaint would be the noise -- could clearly hear conversations in the hallway as well as in the room next to ours. Luckily, we were visiting in the off season when the hotel was fairly empty.
