We had a daily issue with our thermostat, and they were quick to respond. We booked the property expecting a ski in-out experience but quickly learned it was a 10 min uphill walk and black diamond drop-in access point. We expected to utilize the shuttle but given the specific location and cold temperatures we took a taxi for groceries. I would caution booking this specific property if you're not prepared to walk or pay for taxi service. The beds were fantastic and hot tub was nice! ##### Macay B.
