It was our first time in Whistler and the location is unbeatable- right next to restaurants, shops, and the slopes. The layout of the room was nice, and checking in was easy. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It was very easy to find the property, even at night, and I appreciated that it had hotel-exclusive parking options. There are 2 reasons I am giving 4 stars. First, the beds in the bedrooms were very uncomfortable. they had pretty big dips, and the pillows weren't much better. I would recommend the property upgrades their mattresses. Second, one of the bed rooms didn't have a window to the outside, so it was very stuffy and warm. We didn't spend much time in the room- just to shower and sleep. The central location made it a great spot to stay at. ##### Amy S.
