"No heat, room was freezing cold. Staff told us air was centrally controlled but did give us a little heater. We had no hot water and it took maintenance 45 mins to arrive. As we had a flight to catch we had cold showers. Breakfast was below average. "

"Clean rooms, good area, breakfast can improve. Was a hard boiled egg and some bagels and bread, cereal about it. Otherwise it was a nice enjoyable stay. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Location was extremely convenient. Across the street from the rail station. 30 min ride into union station. Trains run every 15 min or so. Great value for price would highly recommend. "

"Staff was friendly specially house keeping made sure our room was at the best. Breakfast was awesome."

"Our family came in from different areas of the country and booked three separate rooms. One room was for aging parents with a person suffering from dementia. I called over a week prior to make sure we were all getting three rooms on the same floor and on the back side of the building away from Covax. The agent on the call confirmed three rooms side by side on the back. Perfect! Then, when we arrived after check-in time started, our room was not ready but they gave us a key and offered to store our bags. We agreed to comeback later that night. I asked to confirm that we would be indeed be on the same floor as our family. We were not. Thankfully, the other two rooms were on the 5th floor but we were on the third. All were on the Colfax side of the building. Saturday night, the sound of motorcycles and cars racing and ambulance sirens kept everyone from sleeping! Very frustrating considering we called well in advance to avoid the noise and be able to help with our mother and we had neither request honored even through they confirmed we would. We will not be back."

"Super friendly staff, especially woman at bar/cafe. Hotel could use a bit of freshening which would mean higher prices. The hotel was a good price for area. So I’m OK if there’s a bit of a dated look. Only breakfast option is expensive buffet some other choices would be nice. "

"Close location to airport, shuttle worked well. Breakfast was convenient. Used pool and gym. Would stay again. "
