Our family and friends stayed at this hotel for my mother-in-law's memorial. The staff here were the best! Customer service was better than some five-star hotels I have been to. I would highly recommend them and will be staying here again.

Excellent breakfast and very friendly restaurant staff. Pool was quite small but fine for young kids and wasn’t busy. Clean and comfortable.

Good location. Small pool. Nice hot tub but a little too hot for us. Room was nice. Beds a little too firm for our liking. Very good breakfast. Staff very nice. Fridge in room. No room safe which would have been nice.

Best Western is so reliable! It’s not the fanciest, but a really great value. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast food, and such friendly staff. I didn’t go in the pool but I saw a bunch of kids enjoying it - and didn’t hear them at all after bedtime when I was sleeping, so I would say pretty thick walls.

This place exceeded expectations! I wasn’t expecting much since it’s in a small town but everything from the friendly staff to the complimentary breakfast was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Would def stay again!

Perfect stay. Staff was super friendly! Shower was excellent, room was very clean and my son LOVED the free hot cocoa machine in the front lobby. Wonderful experience for our family while on vacation. Definitely recommend

I loved the quiet grassy area with benches and tables in the back and especially the fenced grassy area with lawn chairs and that dogs were allowed. We used it to relax.

We like the convenience of this property to the places we wanted to visit and it's safe neighborhood. We really didn't like the hotel itself. It smelled something weird and the beds are horrible we ended having back and neck aches. The breakfast doesn't have much for vegetarians. We do like that they provide microwave and refrigerator in the room but the refrigerator in our room was puddling inside and not working properly. It's way too expensive for what we got there. Don't recommend this property to others.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The property is well maintained. This is a great location for cycling adventures and we were able to stay on the third floor because our tandem bike fit in the elevator! Whidbey Island is really lively!!
