Functional hotel. Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. Outside entry on side didn’t lock. Nothing fancy, but we got a great price and it was a good place to sleep for a couple of nights.

Biggest issue was the actual entry to the location was somewhat circuitous to get to the actual inn. Staff was helpful.

The housekeeping ladies are so rude. We took 2 showers a day and asked for 4 extra towels and face clothes and refused to give them to us. I went to the front desk and Mike brought me up 4 new towels and 4 new face clothes. The bath towels are all stained and looked like there were poop stains all over them. The pool was amazing but the hot tub was broken. Their were NO towels in the pool area.

Close to venue
We went for a concert at The Pavilion at Star Lake, it was close to the venue. The room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The road into the hotel could be laid out better and be more accessible but the hotel itself was great for the price.

The property was clean and tidy when arriving. The front desk staff was excellent and friendly. The room we had was clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend to anyone and would book again!

Will never stay there again. Bath tub had mold in the drain and spider webs in it . The room smelled terrible. Also came back to our room with staff inside saying they thought we had left and it was still 3 hours before check out .

Avoid at all costs
It's not a hotel, it's a trap house. Beds were horrible, room was gross, shower dripped constantly and wouldn't stop, no one at the desk ever, nothing worked and overall just a miserable stay. Oh yes and $125 a night, lol.

The air conditioner was set on 65 when we arrived, but the room was not that cold, and the door handle to the bathroom would not latch to close the door all the way or lock. But the room was very clean, it will stop.
