The hotel was booked last minute and was a good Stay, the breakfast was actually very good but it is farther away from the train station, the bathroom was nice and the manager on duty was also nice. Thank you

Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

The location and views were incredible! Our room was lovely; very clean, comfortable and charming. and there was so much care and detail for our 5 year old: special sheep sheets, a kids dining set for breakfast- it really made her feel special. Breakfast was delicious, and the stocked fridge to purchase beer or wine was really nice in the evening after we put our little one to sleep - we had a beer on our balcony looking up at the castle and out to the river. We will definitely need to return!

"das Zimmer ist zwar sauber, aber auf mehreren Ebenen nicht zu empfehlen: das Dachfenster lässt sich nicht richtig abdunkeln (= es ist hell ab 5 Uhr morgens im Mai) und auch nicht so öffnen dass es offen bleibt (= 35 Grad unterm Dach und keine Chance über Nacht kühle Luft reinzukriegen).
