Booked two rooms. One room had no issues, and the kids were happy with their space. Unfortunately, the other room had a heating problem during a NYC deep freeze. The first night, the temperature was around 63°F. I contacted the front desk the next day, and they promptly sent a very polite and professional technician. The heat improved, though it didn’t fully reach a comfortable level; the second night it maxed out at 66°F.
During checkout, Carolyn handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She took the time to listen and made sure I felt satisfied with how the issue was addressed. Thank you, Carolyn.

We booked three rooms for our group for an overnight stay due to a fight cancellation. We were so impressed with the hotel location the facility considering the price is so affordable. The staff was really courageous, letting us store our luggage prior to checking in time and also help us with directions to the local area. We will definitely stay here again when we visit New York.

It was okay. The first room I booked for 2 nights right before a snow blizzard. It was a 2 bull bedroom n bath. It was soooooooooo old and out of date. The carpets were dark , lighting was dim, wallpapers ripped and peeling in all corners. It was just not attractive. But we had to stay an extra night, I decided to upgrade since most of the time would be spent in the room. 2 queen beds this time.. BUT while we were relaxing eating dinner and having wine. I turned my my head one minute and peeped a big ROACH on the wall right behind my bed. I was so turned off and wanted to go. So I pledged not to stay in NYC Hotels again lol.

NobleDEN has very clean rooms. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. There are some nice amenities included in your stay including discounts at nearby establishments with your keycard! Cool and unexpected.
