"This house was perfect for our large family holiday. The hostess responded immediately to questions/requests which helped our planning. I had looked for a home that had enough living room seating for 10-12, and this one was perfect! The oversized sofa and the sectional La-Z-Boy sofa meant we could gather comfortably without dragging in chairs from other rooms (you know you’ve done it too!). It’s important to seat as many as you can sleep! The beds and linens were excellent plus the noise machines on bedside tables with lamps and charging ports were so thoughtful. The eat-in kitchen was another spot we spent much time. It was well-stocked and had an island on wheels. Again, perfect to seat as many as you sleep! There was so much baby equipment that we wished we HAD a baby (and we will next year). The hot tub was a nice bonus. We’d like to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool, but it was great to gather in the living room, play games, and watch the snow. We’ll be back! "

"I did not had big expectations about the hotel when I booked because the price and because was an emergency. However, you get what you pay. The kitchen was good for cooking a meal. The living room was comfy and the bed was ok. They have a laundry and was nice that the dryer is free. They have vendor machines. The breakfast was a blue muffins, a microwave oatmeal, hot water for the coffee that was all. The heater was to hot. The tv is very basic, not an smart tv. Everything is very basic but for the price was good enough. "

"Fantastic house and host. Quiet neighborhood, central to everything in Omaha. Beds were great and didn’t squeak (that drives me nuts). Definitely staying here next time we are in Omaha. "

"Laundry-dryer was broken. Switch was on the floor upon arrival. Can accommodate 20 people but only has 2 showers-one is in master bedroom. So was struggling to take turns with everyone. Propane tanks for grill and fire were empty. "
