It's complete with all major appliances and all the cookware you need to prepare delicious meals and snacks for the group, including a double oven range. Some small updates could be made like touch up paint and faucets but nothing that interferes with the stay. It doesn't seem like the owners have actually stayed here, I think a few changes would be made if so. We will definitely stay here again. The location was perfect, walking distance to the local bar, grocery store, etc. We expected there to be some dog hair (as it is a dog friendly home). However — the bed sheets were absolutely covered in dog hair. I ended up going over everything with a lint roller. We did also find some human hair on the bath towels, as well as more dog hair on the ‘clean towels’ on the shelf. We ended up buying our own at Dollar General. Overall, considering the price, being dog friendly, fenced backyard, we got what I expected. May stay there again, but would definitely bring our own sheets/towels. ##### Sammy D. The home is a nice beach getaway. The beds are comfy. The neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the beach time and exploring new areas. The only downfalls of our stay is we had our dog with and the backyard is really not safe to even put the dog out for a minute alone. The fence can be easily gone under and we have a 65 pound dog. The neighborhood cats also run all over the property and use the backyard as a litter box. It’s really quite disgusting how much cat poo there is. This has nothing to do with the management team, just making others aware if they have kids or dogs, the backyard is a litter box so be aware. Aside from that, it was a great stay. Perfectly sized for me and my dog. The yard is big enough for him to run around and play if he isn't too worn out from being at the beach all day. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. It's an easy drive or walk to the beach. The front door keypad is wonky and didn't really want to work but the hideakey was fine. Full disclosure, if your dog has a strong prey drive, or is an escape artist, do not leave them off leash in the yard. It's a short fence, and my dog tried to sneak under it. Also, deer are common and they like to eat in a patch of grass just beyond the fence. I enjoyed their company, some dogs might not. ##### Sara G. Little wear and tear on the house, I noticed the bathroom drain was a bit discolored and a piece of the baseboard was missing. We were not able to get into the house until 40 mins after our arrival time, the code to the lock on the door was not working. Both me and my sister were on hold for 30 mins. It was very unfortunate as we were looking forward to settling in after a long drive. My sister also was planning on using the bathroom so she had to drive down the road. ##### Madelyn N.
