"We enjoyed Sugar Bay Resort because it was smaller than other all-inclusive resorts we've visited. It was our 30th anniversary and very relaxing. The staff was very friendly. It is an older facility, however, it suited us fine. Right on the beach, bars were great, food was very ample and a variety at the buffet each meal. The 2 other speciality restaurants were also nice. Small and Cozy Place!"

"Beach is off to the side of property. The water was very rough while I was there. Our room needs a new mattress, it was totally broke down with a heavy foam pad thrown on top. We were in a kitchenette with a coffee pot but no filters, no paper towel and no dish soap. Our room had the bed made and fresh towels every other day. No beach towels. Over all it was just ok. I would not return I’d fine a different place to stay."

" The staff is awesome, I played games with them and made some friends. The food was so great. There are multiple really nice pools. Being honest I had an awesome, I was a little sad to leave. However, they gotta work on that wifi(most critical) and the Air conditioning. The beach could be cleaner but honestly it’s got everything you need to relax."

"pool not much bigger than household tub i.e. forget about pool. was not able to go into beach due to red flag i.e. no beach no pool, LOL room was hot on arrival not even 1 complementary water bottle is offered to the guest, denied a water bottle even when requested."

"My son and I spent 2 nights at the Sugar Cane Club and Spa. From the time we arrived, we were treated with warmth and hospitality by the staff...from the front desk to the groundskeepers and everyone in between. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Barbados. Thank you SugarCane Club Staff."

"Location in holetown was good. Beach view was awesome. Walk down staircase you are on sandy lane beach only seven steps. Other staircases you are on the water swimming. The entertainment was good and food was very good. Kayak were free and fun and sail boat ride was great. Rooms were clean and the mini split air conditioner worked incredibly well. The staff was excellent the drinking water in Barbados was excellent. "
