Do to your review we went back and checked your reservation and changed the rate to the proper rate and refunded you back the extra charge. Fan and light in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine . Tv didn’t work. Had to carry bags up stairs.

The jet engine noise in the bathroom we are working on it, to have it be a quieter stay. We took over the hotel a month ago and we are doing our best to address all problems to make it a quieter, comfortable stay for our guests.Thank You

No dining in the whole town on Monday. TV never worked. Room Doors hod to be opened by staff. No working keys. It took about 30 mins to check in. Even with Expedia pre booking. They lost it? Not bad if they had staff.

We apologize for the inconvenience of the doors and tv. We have replaced all the old locks and now have new locks that are working great. Spectrum is still working with Caltrans on putting in the Fiber optics for the cable. Soon we will have everything running smoothly. We hope on your next visit, it will be a better experience.

They offer breakfast but you have to be there at 5:30-6 in the morning otherwise you get the dregs of what is left. Coffee was cold in the thermos, many mornings ran out of bread/bagels, yogurt. Hotel decor is dated but the room was clean which I was grateful for.

Nice place for the location and price.
Receptions that check is very helpful. I have two different reservations and so she help me put them together. Breakfast area was nice pool and hot tub. Nice rooms nice

Checkin was fine but long in questions, not like most properties. Bathroom was not in good condition shower head needs to be replaced, no usb or outlets to charge phones, breakfast not too good. Over all the place needs renovation, I’m sure owner can get his money back to renovate. People will pay the money, cause is the only motel on town, and has a great location

Worst hotel room!!! So disappointed!
Worst hotel room my wife and I had. It says on the beginning that it’s a “smoke-free hotel” but the moment we entered our room, you can smell a strong scent of smoke and how dusty the room is. A lot of stuff are broken too such as the deadbolt for the door, the tiles for the jacuzzi were cracked, the bed frame is loose. We also found a panty on the night stand, dusts and dirt spots all around the bed and chair, graffiti on the painting, chunks of beef jerky and cap of wine bottle on the floor, hairs on complimentary toiletries on the bathroom, blood stain on the trash, mold around the walls. We couldn’t take it and we checked out 10 minutes after we checked in. I informed the receptionist about all the problems the we encountered and we hope that we get our security deposits back as well as we don’t get charge for the smoke fee that the hotel have as the room has that smoke scent already before we even enter the room. I don’t understand how this hotel got a high rating. Definitely disappointed!!

Good for Budget Concious
Ive stayed here a few times with dirt bike riding friends. Its the only hotel within a reasonable distance from Truck Haven OHV and Ocotillo Wells, Anza Borrego. The propert could use some serious updating. The beds are deformed with concave mattresses. I had to go to my motorcycle kit and get a pair of pliers to lift the knob to make the shower flow. Staff fills the breakfast contents once, and it doesnt seem to refill when empty. Overall though, the staff is very nice, rooms are clean, TV is good and price is totally reasonable. I would def stay there again with my guy friends but wouldnt necessarily bring my wife and kids....

Room & price were nice, service &breakfast weren’t
The hotel room was clean and suitable… no complaints there… but upon check-in (we arrived around 5pm) we found a sign stating “be back in 30 minutes” and nobody available to check us in after a long trip… which was annoying. Then we stopped by for the free breakfast before heading to our work event, and it was embarrassing. One small tray of undercooked potato pieces, one small tray of the grayish meat (sausages) you’ve ever seen, and one small tray of hard-boiled eggs were brought out by the guy at 5am. The juice machine wasn’t turned on. The unlabeled squeeze bottle that appeared to contain ketchup, had hot sauce… I’m giving it 4 stars, because the room itself was nice for the price… but the lack of someone to check us in at 5pm, and the awful excuse for a breakfast bar resulted in a star being taken off.

Westmorland one-niter.
A decent but basic hotel. I expected a bit nicer/newer for the price, given there are many other choices just a few miles down the road in Brawley for way less $'s. But, it was good enough for a one night stay. Quiet, seemed safe enough and the room, though older and basic was spacious and comfortable.

Blackout curtains did their job !
After a 3 hr traffic jam all we wanted was to just rest . Luckily we found a room at the best western in westmorland ca and the service was fast , easy and the rooms were nice , fresh and clean . Curtains really did blackout the sun so we loved that . I would stay here again .

This hotel is old and need of remodeling. Night staff needs to be professional training. Obviously the owner and her little girl took a long time checking me in. Also, took a long personal call while doing it.
