Upon checkin I met Elizabeth. She was super helpful as I booked the wrong room. Didn’t realize there was a difference in two standard size beds and two queen beds. Thought they were the same but they’re not. The standard is a oversized twin, not big enough for two adults to share. Elizabeth was very understanding, spoke to her colleague Jackie and was able to move us to a different room. Jackie made all the changes and Scott offered assistance with helping us with the change of rooms. Three great people who didn’t have to, but went out of there way to help us. The new room was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Will definitely book again. Thanks again to Elizabeth, Jackie and Scott!

Customer service and the from desk. I arrived early with kids 7:30am and she look like she was irritated and not happy. She said she will call me at 3 pm when it’s time to check and she did not. I also bought think at the different date in the store inside hotel cereal and milk and spoons were not available for purchase or complementary. I went to front desk and she told me store that is inside with self check out don’t belong to them and nothing she can’t do. I should go next hotel and get spoon from them. Ridiculous no customer service!

Great location. I think it's probably the best location besides the official Disney hotels. Clean, nice pool, great service. Convenient minimart next to the hotel. I see the staff testing pool water quality one morning which was great!

We have stayed at this property four times since 2018 and it has never let us down. Clean rooms! Our bathroom was huge with a walk-in shower. Service was great and friendly. The breakfast buffet staff is excellent! They kept food filled and dinning area clean. Just walk across to Disney Land, you CANNOT beat the location. Love this place!

There is no hotel closer to Disneyland than this one (not counting the resort inside). Breakfast was great and super convenient, letting us quickly eat and go to the park. Room was spacious and clean. Mini-fridge and microwave was convenient to store and re-heat leftovers from diner (always too tired to finish). Being so close to the park is perfect to take a break after doing an early run through the attractions, then getting back at it

Chose the property solely because of convenience and across the street from Disneyland. My family didn't rent a car everything needed to be within walking distance and everything was! They offered breakfast and there were other restaurant options within the block. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who's going to Disneyland.

We had pros and cons to our stay. The friendliness of the staff couldn't be beat, the breakfast they offered was fantastic. However, being beside the pool (not requested) meant during the afternoon when trying to unwind was constant loud noise through our window even when closed. Additionally, there was a dead spider in the same spot in the bathroom the entire time, and there was a dip on the edge of the bed and sleep was difficult because of it. The location of the hotel is what you are paying for so we didn't feel the need to complain. I would jusat request to not be by the pool next time.

Stayed for convenience of being closest to Disney. The rooms were ok, and the breakfast was not good. It’s across the property above a Mexican restaurant, and the warm food was fairly poor in quality. And no seating. Otherwise, it wasn’t a bad experience

My stay was fine. I just didn’t like how to get a late check out you have to call the morning of check out. Previous experiences I’ve had at other hotels was you call after a set time the night before. Now it wasn’t that big of a deal but I was told it was due to being a different shift. When I called that morning it was the same person I spoke to the night before. Either way it would have been nice to know whether or not I could get a late check out to be able to sleep a little longer since I had a long day the day before check out.

They put us on the first floor in the very first room, next to the office and busy street, and across from a restaurant. It was the noisiest room I have ever stayed in. Everyone walked past our room to get in and out of the complex. At check in I asked for a different room and they said they were completely booked. We checked in around 4 PM so they could’ve given us a different room and given that room to a later arrival, which would’ve been the right and fair thing to do. They did not tell us about the free breakfast, where to get it, and hours it is served, so we missed out on free breakfast the two nights we are there. The staff was not friendly or helpful. The parking spaces are tiny so we had to pay $24 a day for our car to get dinged because the spaces don’t fit a normal sized car. The heater/air conditioner was super loud and kept us up all night. The room was a lot smaller in person than it is in the photos with a tiny bathroom counter that does not hold any of our things, and not one towel rack to hang up our towels. The only positive thing is it’s right across from Disneyland. Otherwise, it’s an awful and cheap motel at exorbitant prices. Worst experience we have ever had!!!

Property is very convenient to the parks. The beds are just ok. Sofa bed was extremely squeaky. Walls are very thin. We could hear conversations outside and in adjoining rooms at all hours. The room was humid and the windows all have moisture on them. We couldn’t reduce this. This property isn’t worth the high price. Staff was nice and friendly.

We stayed at this hotel Feb 2024. I made sure to check reviews but do not recall reading about just how noisy this hotel is. I have 3 kids under 9 so I’m used to lots of noise, but this hotel was next level noisy. It made it difficult to sleep. The room was plenty big for our family of 5 which was great, but it was average at best. The buffet that was included was awful, although my 3 young children didn’t seem to mind it. They mainly ate fruit and cereal. When it was time to check out, the hotel staff told us they wouldn’t be able to hold our luggage while we went for lunch as they were fully booked. Once we were no longer paying customers, they were less than helpful. While it’s super convenient to stay that close to Disney, we won’t be back.

Great location for Disneyland, and nice to have a quick breakfast provided. Rooms are dated, especially bathroom. No sound proofing, could hear noise outside, next doors and upstairs. Front door had visible gap on the bottom.

Because all the rooms are have outdoor hallways, it is very loud. Suitcases and room service carts made tons of noise at all hours. Walks/doors very thin. Location was fantastic tho, and the free breakfast was good.
