This hotel was aesthetically pleasing from the lobby area as well as the signature villa that my family and I stayed. But there were a few issues that was a major problem for me. CHECKING IN- after having issues with my card and being locked out of my card I was slightly annoyed being this is an CASHLESS FACILITY. But things did workout. There’s a bar, and a SNACK AREA but NO RESTAURANT OR FOOD ON SITE. Being that RESTAURANT is said on the website( and don’t get me started on the “20% daily off on food and drinks”. NOT TRUE!!! according to the check in. Our room was nice and comfortable until it wasn’t. 2 disappointments for me: The sofa bed, which by the way collapsed while sleeping. The bottom half of the mattress completely deflated “untrue the reason”. Did I complain and bother the staff? NO!!!! Reason being I didn’t feel like going through the hassle of if I can be accommodated or not. And the outside traffic noise is almost unbearable especially while trying to rest. Pool area - small but decent and relaxing. Would I stay again- Maybe!!! Overall I give my stay an 7/10 based on cleanliness, staff, location, website amenities vs actual amenities, the villa, the bar, the snack on the go area, the pool and gym.

It was Amazing, will definitely be staying here from now on.

Will definitely be staying again, easiest access to the French Quarter which was the whole point of the trip.

My husband and I had such a great experience staying at the Virgin Hotel in New Orleans! The hotel was incredibly clean, which is always a top priority for me. I also loved the location. It’s in a perfect area that isn’t overly crowded, yet still within walking distance to so many amazing restaurants and popular spots. The staff was attentive and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, the hotel itself is absolutely adorable with so many cute photo opportunities throughout the property. I truly enjoyed my stay and can definitely see this becoming my go-to spot for my annual visits to New Orleans!

Room was clean and continued to be cleaned during our stay. Front desk was very helpful and efficient upon check-in and check-out.
