"Good for golfers"
We used this for an overnight stop along the Garden Route. As a result, we didn't use the facilities for the full. I can see that this would be ideal for golfers.

"Beautiful green location on N2 right near hwy 9"
Good location if you are wanting to head up to oudshoorn for a day. Hotel is on it's own, but has a great pizza place, and pub area. Good value for money. Hotel is a little older, but rooms are big. Facing beautiful rolling green hills

"Enjoyed our one-night stay"
We stayed at Misty Waves for one night ahead of a whale-watching trip. The staff were very welcoming and keen to help in any way they could. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - in terms of both choice and quality. This "boutique" hotel wasn't quite as modern as its equivalent in the UK. Decor was a little more traditional/colonial yet nonetheless very pleasant.

One-night stop on a car tour of the Garden Route. Owners/operators were charming, breakfast was well-laid, too early in the season to try the pool. Room was modern and well-planned.

"Travel on the Garden Route "
Have been to George before. This was the best hotel we have used so far. Restaurant staff were a bit lazy at breakfast and dinner on the first night.A bit more control is needed. The bar service on the second night was excellent. We wish we had gone there on the first night instead of the restaurant.

We had travelled a long way and despite arriving late the staff had a table for us in the restaurant and a drink poured immediately! Very friendly and attentive staff and beautiful surroundings with so much to do just a short drive from the hotel. We drove the garden route and Knysna was my favourite stop. :)

Pocket Guide: Business Hotels in Western Cape

    Business Hotels in Western Cape

Western Cape business hotels cater to all kinds of business travellers, from those who need high-end amenities round the clock to visitors who want to mix business with activities and entertainment.

What to Expect from Your Business Hotel

Book a business hotel in Western Cape and you’ll have access to all the amenities you need, including high-speed internet, fax machines, printers and meeting rooms. Larger hotels have a wide range of workspaces, from quiet areas for solo tasks to flexible function rooms for board sessions and conferences.

If you’re organising a large group event, several Western Cape business hotels can offer spacious rooms and catering services, whether you need tea, coffee and snacks or a banquet-style dinner. Meanwhile, in-room WiFi allows you to stay on top of work at any time of day.

Food and Drink at Business Hotels

Most Western Cape business hotels have on-site restaurants, bars and cafes that allow you to pick up quick snacks, organise business lunches and entertain clients in the evening. If you’re looking for more flexibility or travelling on a tight budget, try a self-catering business hotel, where your own kitchen and all-important coffee machine will provide everything you need to refuel during the day.

Mixing Business and Leisure in Western Cape

If you’re expecting to have some free time during your trip, book your business accommodation at a large, full-featured guesthouse or game lodge. That way you’ll have plenty of activities to enjoy during your downtime, from safari drives to afternoons on Western Cape’s famous beaches.

If you’re travelling with a partner, a business hotel will help you balance your holiday time with work responsibilities. They’ll have plenty of attractions to enjoy during the day – whether it’s the shops and sights of Cape Town or relaxing treatments at the spa – while you attend to business. In the evening you can reconvene for dinner, enjoying fine dining and South Africa wines at your business hotel’s on-site restaurant.
