Good place to stay but dinner too expensiveThe room was a good size and clean. Safe location in town. Breakfast good BUT.. only offered 4 course dinner with wine which was expensive, even having just two courses was over the top for our needs. Shame we had to eat out as the on site restaurant was why we booked in the first place.

Interesting experience but...Stayed two nights at the Aquila recently on vacation in Cape Town. The reserve is about a 2 hour drive and a stop in the wine country near Stellenbosch is worth the diversion. After doing a Kruger safari the weekend before, the Aquila was a little disappointing because they have all of the cats separated ...

Pocket Guide: Business Hotel Hotels in Western Cape

Business Hotels in Western Cape

Western Cape business hotels cater to all kinds of business travellers, from those who need high-end amenities round the clock to visitors who want to mix business with activities and entertainment.

What to Expect from Your Business Hotel

Book a business hotel in Western Cape and you’ll have access to all the amenities you need, including high-speed internet, fax machines, printers and meeting rooms. Larger hotels have a wide range of workspaces, from quiet areas for solo tasks to flexible function rooms for board sessions and conferences.

If you’re organising a large group event, several Western Cape business hotels can offer spacious rooms and catering services, whether you need tea, coffee and snacks or a banquet-style dinner. Meanwhile, in-room WiFi allows you to stay on top of work at any time of day.

Food and Drink at Business Hotels

Most Western Cape business hotels have on-site restaurants, bars and cafes that allow you to pick up quick snacks, organise business lunches and entertain clients in the evening. If you’re looking for more flexibility or travelling on a tight budget, try a self-catering business hotel, where your own kitchen and all-important coffee machine will provide everything you need to refuel during the day.

Mixing Business and Leisure in Western Cape

If you’re expecting to have some free time during your trip, book your business accommodation at a large, full-featured guesthouse or game lodge. That way you’ll have plenty of activities to enjoy during your downtime, from safari drives to afternoons on Western Cape’s famous beaches.

If you’re travelling with a partner, a business hotel will help you balance your holiday time with work responsibilities. They’ll have plenty of attractions to enjoy during the day – whether it’s the shops and sights of Cape Town or relaxing treatments at the spa – while you attend to business. In the evening you can reconvene for dinner, enjoying fine dining and South Africa wines at your business hotel’s on-site restaurant.
