The shuttle into downtown Montauk (5 mins away) allowed us to untether from our car and parking worries, and to spend time at the ocean and wandering the quaint downtown. It was the perfect spot and we would go back again."

"Spotless! Incredibly well equipped with absolutely everything for the kitchen,dining,bathroom and otherwise. Gorgeous finishes and layout, bedding was so comfy I’m buying the same for my house! Ed was so quick and easy to communicate with and very accommodating with answers to questions ( though we didn’t need anything bc it’s so well stocked.) loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings, great place to walk/run and the BEST part is there are 2 easy beach access points around 50 yds away!...

"This was a perfect place to stay. Conveniently located one mile from Moheghan Sun. Couldnt ask for anything more. I gave 4 for cleanliness as there was urine in the toilet when we arrived."

"Nice size condo for our family of 3. Spacious deck to enjoy an evening cocktail & watch the sunset. Pool & laundry were a plus. Clean & comfortable space. We didn’t have a car but we biked or took the hopper into town or the marina. Host gets an A++ for communication. Front desk manager was great."

It is walking distance to a number of shops, restaurants, and beach access points. Erich was a terrific host. He was very responsive, flexible, and accommodating and it was clear that he cared about our family having a good experience. We would highly recommend this unit for future travels to Watch Hill."

"I always enjoy my stay here with my dog. This is truly one of the best hosts here and one of the best properties along with their other ones. It’s a great neighborhood and area right by the beach. The house is delightful every time I stay there there is something new they are always updating and making sure it is immaculately cleaned. Comfortable and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi is super fast for my work. I’m already looking forward to coming back again soon."
