Useful hotel for one night stays.

Location: Hever castle.
Located within a service station complex. Food available such as McDonald's, costa coffee, noodle bar. WHSmiths. Simple and functional. No issues to complain about for my stay.

Good value hotel

Pros: Good value
Was used as a stopover hotel prier to flight from Gatwick. It was clean ,quiet with parking very close by. On the M25 so easy to find and easy to exit and only 20 / 30 mins drive to Airport. There was a limited number of eating places that you would expect on any services, but all were perfectly fine. Good value for money and would use again no problem.

Becky and Simons Wedding stay

Pros: Proximity to M25 and emergency exits ( Code provided by staff) so that you do not have to leave via M25 if jammed up.
Cons: Cleanliness of air conditioning ducting and using single duvets for children's bed. (May not be cost effective but a nice family touch if implemented
Location: Westerham is lovely with pubs and bespoke shops. Opted has a Morrisons and many other shops in High Street
Stayed as the price was right and very close to wedding venue. The room was clean and all staff were impeccable, pleasant and with good humour. Only one problem, the bathroom extractor was blocked and we lost the children in what became a steam room. Having found the fan cover which was blocked with what looked like 6 months of dust. Having cleaned it and refitted it I noticed that the ducting was filled with a huge amount of dust/cobwebs etc and was not removing the air. I poked the "dustball" with a pencil and it zoomed up the pipe (Hopefully not zooming out into another room) and the room quickly cleared. This was highlighted to staff but management need to do a thorough clean of the vent system. Some noise at night, especially as the corridor door outside our was not soft closing and banged. The double bed was comfortable and the sofa bed for the 2 children was all laid out ready and was easy to put away. Only double duvets were available for the children and to save squabbling the staff were able to find another (Double) so they had a double each. Finding food is no problem with a Muckdonalds, Noodle shop or all day food outlet to choose and if you purchase food voucher at the Check in desk you can save a bit of money, if used at stipulated outlet. All in all, we could not have asked for more and the best thing is watching all the other stressed out people coming in having been stuck on the M25 and knowing that we just had to walk 50m to our room.

Nice place to stay since its been refurbished, unfortunately there is not a heated towel rail now so we couldn´t reuse our towels as normal because they didn´t dry during the day.

Perfect location

Pros: Location, easy parking, place for breakfast nearby.
Lady on reception was very welcoming. Our room was perfect for our one night stay after attending a wedding nearby.
