Comfy beds!

Posted 16-Sep-2016
Room was comfortable but needed a very good dust & it didn't feel particularly clean. The staff may have run out of time as we were told we could check in at 3 but our room was not ready till 4. Pleasant stay but wasn't overwhelmed by the place.

Love staying here, and service is great, just slightly disappointed I had to report an issue with my tv multiple times before someone attended. Doesn't put me off, would stay here again

Nice, clean and good value on a Saturday night. A little dark inside but spot on.

Pros: the gym. thats all.
Cons: The lies about the upgrade. Next expedia's fault, but when the village contact you direct they offer you an upgrade. read above for details.
Location: location is fine for travel, sucks for surroundings.
Its ok, but i wouldn't go there again, just because its a sterile, corporate environment. I chose it for the gym, which was good to use, but overall, its next to a motorway and a car supermarket, so its hardly a holiday stop. Its just fine, but thats all. I wouldn't praise it for anything in particular, neither would I take anything away. I also booked an upgrade, but i felt that it was misleading as I paid the extra because I wished to use the gym, believing that it would be £5 per time if I didn't upgrade, only to get there and I didn't need to upgrade. So I felt a bit conned.

Money making machine

Posted 21-Jun-2016 on Hotels
It was ok. Really annoyed me that i could only get six basic channels on the tv. When I asked if this was a fault I was told I could upgrade to a club room which would cost more just to have more channels. Pathetic when free view costs next to nothing and sky give much more for no extra cost. Breakfast was priced at £10 which is bad. The profit margin must be huge!! chose to go to an offsite cafe for less than £5.00. I stay away regularly on business and was not impressed with the apparent money making machine once inside the hotel. The most have ever paid for breakfast is £6.00. The meals were priced high also so I again I chose to eat off site.

Not a pleasant stay.

There was no Kettle in the room - instead there was a coffee machine that would not dispense hot water on it's own and so no good if you are like me and take a porridge pot for your breakfast. The room was dirty with food crumbs on the dressing table from the previous guest not cleaned properly, the sink in the bathroom was blocked and wouldn't drain. The restaurant was very busy and could not accommodate me in a short time and so I drive 10 minutes up the road to an out of town retail park where there were a selection of restaurants to choose from.

One night in Leeds.

We stayed for one night in June. Found the place a bit out of the way but it was perfect for what we wanted at the time.
