City Centre Hotel
Firstly we had booked an Executive & when I booked on line it asked how many beds we wanted & I specified 2 but room we were given had just 1 double bed in it. It was a lovely room & looked very inviting. We weren't shown to our room just given the keys, so we had to ring reception & then wait for them to bring us some other keys, again we were not shown the 2nd room and it wasn't as nice as the 1st room and didn't have the Coffee Machine or Fluffy Dressing Gowns & Slippers which were specified in the Executive Package. So we had to go back to reception, they said the rooms were the same & they had no housekeeping to change the original room to a twin, & it now was not available, & they had no other rooms, as they were fully booked, they just put a Coffee Machine & Fluffy Dressing Gowns in the room we were not happy in but they dropped the total bill by £30.
