Not too impressed
The staff were all very nice and helpful but the rooms were a bit worn and did not seem terribly clean - little things like there being a used spoon on the coffee/tea tray upon my arrival, which I placed alongside a glass and mug I had used, for the room service to replace. When I came back that evening the glass, mug and spoon were still there. And one of the towels was not very clean, so that I did not use it.
But worst of all, I ended up with a number of bites on my legs and they were not mosquito bites. I assume they were flea bites (and hopefully not bed bug bites). And just for the record, I do not have house pets so they certainly were not mine.
I mentioned the bites when I checked out and the lady at the desk apologised and said she would have the room service look into it but she did not seem too surprised.
I won't be booking this hotel for my return visit to Leeds.
