Clean, reasonably comfortable room, but dark.
Given the time of year, I may be a little harsh, but there wasn't much daylight coming into the room. I changed my room because of the light, but the second one wasn't really any better.
The rooms had just a relatively small window with both nets and heavy curtains - certainly not a problem for those sensitive to light when going to sleep - but I found them a bit depressing. Very neutral decor to the point of seeming lifeless.
The rooms could do with more or brighter lighting - especially in the area around the sofa - near the window. It would have been impossible to read a book sitting there.
That said, the hotel is well-run and the staff are polite and helpful. For one night, it was fine, but I don't think I'd stay for longer than that.
