5 notti (vacanza/studio) con mia figlia.Posizione ottima, camera e bagno grandi, bollitore te/caffè.Ero al 6 piano tipo mansarda altezza alta.Ascensore fino al 5 piano, poi 1 piano pochi scalini.L'unica cosa negativa: la connessione wifi era debole, andava e veniva, però non ero perennemente connessa.In centro ci sono frequenti wifi Point gratis.Pulizia ok e cambio asciugamano ok.

Room Lottery

This is a reasonably priced city centre hotel. I stay in the city 2 nights a week and I stay at this hotel now and then. Its been improved recently with a new lobby area but my heart sinks if i get allocated one of their "gloomy rooms". Room 703 (or is it 803?) for example is small gloomy room with decent sized bed but 1 tiny window 7ft up a wall and a tiny TV. Its clean but depressing. Many of the other rooms are good value, but sadly, this room lottery is enough to make me avoid the hotel most of the time. They could probably increase the price of most of their other rooms if they priced their few gloomy rooms as "economy double (limited natural light)" or something, to better set expectations and reduce complaints.

Will stay here again

Have stayed in this hotel twice now and would definfelty choose it again. Ideal location and lovely staff, the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Pluses of TV and hairdryer do not go a miss.

Concert at First Direct Arena

This hotel was chosen because of its close proximity to the First Direct Arena and also the price. We had tickets for the Gladys Knight concert at the First Direct Arena, Leeds, and as we were travelling from Liverpool decided to stay overnight. The hotel certainly served its purpose especially as there was a car park very close by and we qualified for discount due to staying at the hotel. My only criticism is that the room needs decorating as it is a bit "tired". Other than that, all ok, and the reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Good budget hotel - useless wifi

As budget hotels go, this has very nice rooms. Includes drinks facilities that some budget hotels don't. Some rooms also have full baths. Very good location for central Leeds. Some noisy guests late at night. The thing that really lets this hotel is the useless wifi - the signal in my room was not strong enough to make a connection. Not good enough in a modern hotel....

Location: Steps away from downtown and several pubs around.
The room was used by my son and his girlfriend. They are very happy about the hotel. Fantastic location - only a few steps away from downtown.

CLOSE TO THE TRAIN STATION

Pros: The price,location and the staff-all of these were brilliant.
Cons: they are trying to improve things here-so good luck!
Location: fantastic location-close to everything you need in leeds
We have stayed here before.The only thing that makes us come back is the price!!The staff were all lovely and helpful.Whilst the hotel is trying to upgrade(new entrance,new reception etc.),there was still a funny smell in reception and in the lift.This smell disappeared on the corridors-something to do with the numerous plug-in air fresheners? The bedroom was o.k as was the bathroom.Attempts had been made to decorate,but it was the little things that let it down-e.g.untidy electical wiring,hanging broken cord from sash window in bathroom.The worst thing was the mouldy smell coming from the sink in the bathroom.This was rectified by closing the plug.I cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not eat there(it was more or less in reception where the smell was).I'm sure this hotel could be much better as it is a lovely building and so close to the centre and the train station

In terms of facilities, as in any hotel, you get what you pay for. Also, as in other hotels, the staff can make a huge difference to customer satisfaction. We would like to thank the receptionist who allowed us to take an early possession of the room so that we could deposit our luggage and explore the city on a one day visit. We appreciated it very much and therefore were very satisfied with our stay.
