Quiet and calm. Wifi only sporadically available in lobby. Good shower. One towel stained with another persons make up. Comfortable bed.

Pros: The location
Cons: Wifi, less noise, better customer care.
Location: Very good location.
No internet in rooms throughout the whole stay and crappy internet connection in the lobby (most of the time we couldn't even log on Wifi from the lobby).. We asked the hotel to keep our luggage for one night but this was refused even though this was our seventh stay at this hotel. Very noisy, particularly during the weekend - drunk guests shouting in corridors in the middle of the night. We asked for a wake up call but we never got it!

Pros: 何と言っても、駅近!
駅から近いので、遅く着いても安心。 その割にリーズナブルな値段設定。 ただ、部屋は狭い。 電気ポットやコーヒー、紅茶、ミルク等は完備。

Awesome location in the middle of city center.

Posted 19-Sep-2016
Pros: Location
Location: Right in the middle of the city centre and just across from the train station. A plethora of shops, restaurants and bars and literally on the doorstep
Smooth check in, awesome location, good enough comfort.

We needed somewhere cheap to stay before our early morning flight at Leeds Bradford, and this fitted the bill perfectly. 24-hour reception and 5 minute walk away from the bus stop where the Flying Tiger collects you for the airport. It's also 5 minutes away from Trinity. The bathroom wasn't super clean but hey, you get what you pay for I guess!

5 notti.posizione e servizi ottimi

Posted 27-Aug-2016
5 notti (vacanza/studio) con mia figlia.Posizione ottima, camera e bagno grandi, bollitore te/caffè. Pulizia ok e cambio asciugamano ok.

Room Lottery

Posted 22-Jul-2016
This is a reasonably priced city centre hotel. I stay in the city 2 nights a week and I stay at this hotel now and then. Its been improved recently with a new lobby area but my heart sinks if i get allocated one of their "gloomy rooms". Room 703 (or is it 803?) for example is small gloomy room with decent sized bed but 1 tiny window 7ft up a wall and a tiny TV. Its clean but depressing. Many of the other rooms are good value, but sadly, this room lottery is enough to make me avoid the hotel most of the time. They could probably increase the price of most of their other rooms if they priced their few gloomy rooms as "economy double (limited natural light)" or something, to better set expectations and reduce complaints.
