Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Arrive in a fantastic, well established family neighborhood where you can park your car and enjoy your stay. There are two bedrooms and two baths. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other room has two full size beds. The upstairs bathroom offers some storage space and a full size tub. The second bathroom is located in the walk out basement. It is a full bath with a shower stall. In the basement you will find the washer/dryer for your convenience. There is a nice living room where you can lounge around before you head to the beach or play games after a long day of exploring. A nice size TV is available for your entertainment and central A/C to cool you off after a hot day in the sun. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen provides a full fridge, mini stove/oven, versatile coffee maker (makes full pot or K-cups), microwave and toaster oven. There is no dishwasher. The dining room provides some more space for you to enjoy your lobster dinner, with a table that seats six. There is a comfortable couch for added seating. Off the dining room, you can enjoy the deck life while you grill your burgers, sip some drinks and enjoy the fresh air and the wide array of birds. There is a small side deck that adds a separate outside seating area to enjoy the beautiful flowers and trees in the semi-private yard. A great spot to sip your coffee in the morning. Load up the beach cart and the chairs (which are both provided) for your short four minute walk to Lewis Bay where you can enjoy the day swimming, fishing, collecting crabs, taking long walks or soaking up some rays. Afterwards, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower just outside the basement. From the front yard, you can see Mill Creek which is a few hundred feet away. Bring your kayaks and spend hours paddling around the Creek which flows into Lewis Bay. Catch some spectacular sunsets just outside the door at the end of the road. You can walk to several restaurants and shops -Yarmouth House, Giardino's, The Loft, DiParma, Bagels and Beyond, Capabiities and more! The house is located just a few blocks from Lewis Bay, a few short miles from Seagull Beach, Smugglers Beach, and minutes from downtown Hyannis and the Ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. The Cape Cod Rail trailhead is approximately two miles away. Truly a wonderful spot where you can park your car and enjoy the area around you! Bring your kayaks, bikes and bathing suits and enjoy a relaxing vacation by the water in a nice, family friendly neighborhood! I would have loved to give a five-star rating but there were a few issues that I am confident will be addressed moving forward for any visitors. It was apparent the house had been cleaned but not as thoroughly as we might have hoped. There were cat toys under the couch and socks under one of the beds. Many surfaces were dusty and there was some sand on the floor of the living room. Also, the key to the basement where the washer, dryer, and beach gear is kept was missing. I contacted Vacasa, the company who was managing the house, and it took a full day to find a replacement key. Thank goodness the owners had one hidden on the property. Everyone we spoke to was extremely kind and helpful but I think with so many people involved, the process took a lot longer than it needed to. Truly, we loved the house and these details did not take away from our experience here. I do think it's important for future guests to know that there have been cats in this house in case of allergies. ##### Jennifer T.
