Everything ok. Dining limited, especially for vegetarians. Ask for a late check out for 2pm, was offered check at 12pm.for free or I had to.pay from 11am to 2pm, which I had to do, be nice if they could still had given me the 11am.to 12pm.free, leaving me to pay for 2hrs instead of 3. Although still got a call at 11am getting me out the showe to tell me I had to leave the room at 11, whici didn't have too. Alarm test was planned for 1030 but went off at 1130, freaked my youngest out a touch. Would i stay again, probably not.for the one night, I'd use a travelodge or Premier inn.

It was a really great hotel. Lovely Reception area. I checked in at 1am and Brijesh was on duty, He was amazing and definitely get 5 Stars from me. Facilities were great. Had a fridge and a microwave and a lovely lounge area in the room. Tea making facilities were great. Parking facilities were great too. Breakfast was superb. I always love a hotel that offers fried eggs (not just scrambled) and fresh fruits and fresh pastries.

Friendly, comfortable and convenient hotel
We had a lovely overnight stay. it is particularly helpful that there is a fridge and microwave in the spacious room. We could have done with a bit more light where the microwave was. The bathroom became very steamed up after we all had showers as the extractor did not seem to be very efficient and there was a huge amount of condensation on the inside of the windows in the morning but these were minor issues compared to the convenience and comfort of the room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

No safety grab bars in the shower. Very slippery. Noisy motor noise above the room. Dining area and bar close far too early for travelers. No airport shuttle, taxi was £26 each way to Gatwick. Notv recommended, I would not stay here again.

Nice and great value hotel. You need a car to go around as the hotel is located outside the town centre. The only complaint I have is the breakfast. It was extremely basic and everything was not fresh or tasty. Probably the worst breakfast I've had in a hotel

Wonderful Stay
My family booked 3 rooms for an overnight stay. We were delighted with the rooms which were large and very comfortable. The in house breakfast was excellent value as it was included in the room price. Possibly my favourite part though was a lovely swim in the pool. I would highly recommend this hotel

Good stay, could have better coffee, breakfast sauces etc. Windows need replacing, air conditioning a little loud. Kettle leaked. Overall a good stay. Reception could be more attentive.

We stayed there last year and again recently. We use it as an overnight stop for flights from LGW. The property is a bit dated. Last year one elevator wasn't working, this year the spa was down. The window in our room had moisture on the inside meaning they need to be replaced. That said the staff were very friendly and accommodating. One very weird fact is that last year the bar had only one cork screw which I had to borrow to open my wine, and this year they again only had one cork screw which I couldn't borrow for fear of losing it! They are pet friendly which is nice to know even if we weren't traveling with a pet. Finally, there really isn't any place to walk to so one is limited to their restaurant which is acceptable. Taxi to LGW is anywhere between 20-30 pounds so factor that in.

The hotel itself looks good on first impression. The room was clean but the window was full of water from condensation and mould on the window sill. The shower over the bath meant water went everywhere which is a challenge with 3 kids to shower. The swimming pool was amazing and a good size. The kids loved it. Breakfast was awful. Food sat for long periods, stale muffins and pastries. Unhappy staff. The check out member of staff was very friendly
