Requested a ground floor room where on arrival the heating could not be turned on. This was sorted and the room was satisfactory. We often had to wait at the bar for drinks as the bar staff also serve bar meals which was a little frustrating at times. Only other whinge was that generally the hotel ...
The hotel looks better from the outside than inside . I was hoping for more of a Wow when inside the hotel . Sadly it looked a bit corporate and lacked the heritage I was expecting given the amazing location and heritage . Feel like they are missing a few tricks . However staff were very friendly ...
Short drive from Gatwick- beautiful and peaceful location with good restaurant and helpful staff. Building a spa complex which will only improve the experience.

Littlehampton Golf Club shelters under the beach on the bank of the river Arun while the breeze is an essential part of play. Or with the recent improvements and layout changes made, why not try golf at Goodwood? A word of caution though if you do: The downhill course is very hilly and a real test for the legs!
