"Very convenient being right outside security"
Very very surprised. More room than expect we had two suitcases and had plenty of room to move around. They even have a hairdryer better equipped than some hotels. Had a surprising pleasant stay

"Nice enough"
We had a good stay - the room was nice, but very hot (we stayed in September and it was incredibly warm in the room overnight) and there is no air conditioning. Knowing this, I would stay again but not in summer as it would effect my comfort. Staff were a little indifferent.

Friendly staff. Good food at the bar and for breakfast. Server at breakfast could have been more attentive as toast was forgotten and order had to be repeated. Ensure appeared rather unclean. Bath had not been rinsed out, no soap or toiletries. Overall the hotel is charming and a nice place to stay.

"Great short stay hotel"
This hotel is great for a short stay. If you are staying in England for a longer period, I suggest somewhere else. The staff are very friendly and the surrounding area is really peaceful.

"Situated close by the A27, two miles from the City"
Stayed for four days during September 2016, having plenty of free parking spaces. Fairly easy access to the north (Midhurst) and to the south (Itchenor). However, the roads whilst being well maintained are generally quite narrow and are extremely 'busy' traffic wise. Found it easier to walk to the City centre and back to the Hotel. There are a number of quite amazing historic sites to visit within the City walls and also, the differing styles of other buildings within the area reflect this 'historic thread' throughout the ages, from ancient to modern Could not easily assimilate bus routes. Few stops displayed timetables/route maps and as the roads are narrow, there were few (if any) 'Bus Lanes' Eating at restaurants within the City was slightly challenging: a) Because of a diverse and sometime strange mix of national/International culinary choices and b) Differing opening/closing hours for Luncheon or, evening Dinner However, within the City, in addition to the traditional 'High Street' companies, there are quite a few 'Independent' retailers providing a variety of quite unique items. You could spend two/three days just walking the City!!

Enjoyed my stay but restaurant facilities a bit disorganised. The full English was disappointing in quality and quantity. With a long trip ahead I needed a hearty breakfast. Could be better!
