Nice hotel. Was disappointed there was no shuttle as it was an inconvenience coming out of a long flight and waiting for a bus only to find out it was not coming. That was the only inconvenience. Apart from this the hotel wasn’t great and staff was nice.
Tired and scruffy public areas, but the room was fine (once we got there, after a very long walk). Exec Lounge overcrowded, definitely below par. Long waits for lifts.
The staff were extremely helpful. I had some parcels delivered and Angela was very considerate and stored them for me. I prefer hotels when I can open the windows.
Arrived on National Express from where they drop you it’s a good walk through a car park to access the hotel, or go into the airport and find the walkway, not clear if you had not been to this hotel before.
Great location if looking for somewhere quiet, with off street parking but no people walking by, so reasonably secure. I had a car full which not want to unpack. Good food and attentive staff. One slight criticism could do with improving wine list and have a dry rose ( cotes de Provence) on menu ...
Not bad, you need to arrange taxi transfer to the airport but hotel staff sort it. Food was average. Parking was easy
Reception lady wasn’t great. All customers should be given the choice to pay on arrival or when leaving. She didn’t give me the option. Made me feel awkward. Don’t judge your customers.
We loved it. Location was perfect, easy to find, staff was friendly and knowledgeable Room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely repeat the stay at BLOC.
