Love the UWS and proximity to the Park, great restaurants and playgrounds nearby, right by the subway station, the entire staff was helpful and friendly, our room was spacious, quiet, comfy, clean, and well-decorated. "This is a really nice NY hotel option. Affordable (at least for NYC), and well-run. The staff were great. Good shower and A/C, really made NYC in a hot, hot summer tolerable. The breakfast area is kind of a madhouse, the space just not big enough to accommodate the crush of people using it every morning. "
