Awesome hotel

This was a great hotel! My wife, when I booked it, was scarred that it was goin to be crappy and was complaining the whole time before we got there and then when we got there without me saying anything or even thinking about it she comes up to me and says, "you know this hotel really isn't that bad after all"

Quiet, clean..

It was good, but no coffee pot in the room. The breakfast was slim and the hot water was gone quick..the room itself was very clean and comfey.

nice hotel nearby things in Portland

Pros: see above
Cons: can't think of anything.
Location: very convenient to touring in Portland. Nearby to stores and restaurants. Quiet area of town.
Very nice to have a kitchen and cook some while on our trip. Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Very pleasant experience. Staff nice.

Basic, clean, convenient

Started our stay at another ESA nearby and moved to this one due to poor management. Upon arrival, front desk staff was very helpful and got us set up with everything we needed for the week. Rooms were clean, safe, and mostly quiet. Location is very convenient to shops and the highway. Well managed place and we had a comfortable stay!

Clean room

The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the shower was great. There was a kitchenette in the room with a full fridge. I really liked the room.

Clean, Fast check-in good room. It is a great place to stay on a budget. The Suite I got had a kitchen and full refrigerator. I didn't use the stove but it looked like something nice for an extended stay.

Very dirty , very bad staff

I will never stay here even if its free , bugs everywhere , very dirty , no parking , very rude staff , very bad experience

Extended Stay America is bare minimum.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Addition or minor customary hotel amenities. No local guide or description of facilities.
Location: Don't know. Visiting family and location was nearby. Hotel is very near shopping, restaurants, etc.
Checked in a little early. Room keys expired when we came back later. Had to get new keys. Room facilities are bare minimum despite kitchenette. No maid service. No other facilities (pool, exercise area, etc. but none expected) No ice bucket but ice trays in refrig. to make own ice. One small bar of soap. No TV guide to review programming. AC unit noisy but not as bad as some. They seem to be saving nickles and dimes but price wasn't much cheaper than competitors. Location was key factor for us.
