I booked a family room as we have a 9 and 2 yr old and were give flat 52 on the 6th floor. This was not a problem but the balcony glass seemed to wobble as my 2 year old slapped it looking down plus old sharp half cut tiles were left out there with half a bag of cement...so that was very quickly off limits. Plastic wall caps to cover (live?) Wires in the walls were dotted around the apartment too...so obviously the kids wanted to play with them!! The apartment would have been good if they finished the work they started and was advertised for adults as all table tops are sharp glass cornered too...shame really.

Elendig kundeservice, bra leilighet.
Vi ringte som anvist dagen før innsjekk for å si i fra når vi er der, og gav beskjed om at vi vil være der mellom 15 og 16. Vi tok taxi fra flyplassen til adressen til hotellet, og der begynte problemene. Vi fikk beskjed om at nøkler må hentes på en annen adresse, på andre siden av byen. Ved tidligere opphold har vi blitt møtt på hotellet og fått utlevert nøkler der. Etter nok en taxitur til andre siden av byen ble vi informert om at leiligheten vi hadde bestilt hadde "pipe problems" og vi var flyttet til et annet hotell, på en annen adresse. Leiligheten hadde vært ute av drift i lengre tid, men dette hadde de på ingen måte informert om verken på nettsiden eller da vi snakket med dem dagen før om innsjekk. Omsider fikk vi nøkler og anvisninger til stedet vi skulle bo (JTB Luxury Nautica Apartments), og vi tok taxi dit. Leiligheten var i et nybygget boligkompleks som fremdeles var under utbygging, og de fleste leilighetene var ikke ferdigstilt. Dette innebar bråk både utvendig og innvendig fra morgen til kveld. Selv om beliggenheten var sentrumsnær, var vi skuffet over å ikke bo på stedet vi i utgangspunktet skulle, ettersom en av faktorene ved valg av bosted var nettopp denne beliggenheten. Jeg har også flere ganger bodd i leiligheter på JTB Apartments, og disse har vært store og i god standard. De har alle hatt badekar blant annet, noe som også var en avgjørende faktor ved valg av bosted. Rommet som de mente hadde samme standard var omtrent 2/3 av størrelsen.

Het was erg leuk, alleen het ligt een beetje in het buitengebied met daar dichtbij een lidl met veel zwervers en de omgeving vond ik minder veilig
