Asked for a wheelchair accessible room. The room was so small and full of furniture th as t you could not get in without a hassle. No room to turn around because room was tiny. The restroom size was excellent however, toilet was so high off ground it was hsrd to use. No roll in shower, just a standard small bathtub with several safety rails. Mattress was so soft that your back hurt. Such a shame because otherwise it was a very clean and friendly hotel. Price was great.

The hallway smelled weird. The breakfast was non-existent. We were offered 2 types of dry cereal, no milk, and coffee, nothing else. The room was acceptable. The late staff was dry, lacking people skills. The morning staff was much friendlier. Price was good.

I liked that the room looked just like the picture. It was clean and the AC worked well. Mattress was firm enough that there was no body impression of anyone. Quiet. No heavy traffic of any kind. We enjoyed are stay! Price was great too!

Horrible experience
Hi my husband had recently had a surgery so we were looking for a comfortable place to stay. When we first arrived the guy put us in a smoking room, I’m allergic. Then we were put in a room with no air. The bath tub was peeling and handle was broken. In the morning we’re were awaken by a very rude woman who told us check out was at 11 who laughed at me, mind you it was only 5min after but the night before we had made arrangements to have a later checkout seeing as how we didn’t arrive until after almost 1am.

The beds at this Super 8 were too hard. I've stayed at different Super 8 locations over the years but have never been uncomfortable ... until this one.

The facility was updated somewhat. The bed could be more comfortable and the sheets/ blankets updated. Towels too. We didn’t get the complimentary breakfast. Not sure why because other hotels are providing it. No frills but good price. Would stay again.

Just an ok motel
This was our 2nd time staying in this motel. This time wasnt as good as last. We got a king bed that was hard as a rock. Horrible night sleep!!!location feels safe. There was a huge work crew staying there also that had extension cords ran to the back of motel. They was back there playing music half the night and drinking beer. Made us feel a bit uncomfortable. They frount desk guy was very friendly. The room wasnt as clean as it should of been.

It was nice and quiet except for the doors shutting at night. It would be nice if there was some kind of shops on the doors that would close slowly. It would also be nice if some kind of breakfast was served. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Great short stay!
I’ll be honest, I’m a bit of a hotel snob. My partner insisted on a cheaper hotel for a one night stay in a small town so I chose the Super 8 in West Plains. I was somewhat pleasantly surprised because I’ve stayed in some gross hotels. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful both at check in and in the morning. I accidentally booked a smoking room (those are a thing of the past where I’m from so I didn’t even think to check!) and the room reeked because of it. They didn’t have any non-smoking rooms available to switch to, but they did offer some fabreze. Other than being a smelly smoking room (again, my fault. I’m sure the non-smoking rooms are excellent!) it was perfect for a short stay! The room was nice and had a few amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. It was all very clean and neat and no stains in sight. Not bad!

The hotel was as described. The only issue I got was the non existing breakfast. The hotel advertised a "super starter" breakfast between 6 and 9am. When I came to get something at 8am there was a coffe thermos with luke warm coffee and a juice dispenser. And a microwave to the side but no food at all. There weren't even any empty shelves so you could think they just ran out of something, there was nothing there. I have no problem with a hotel that doesn't offer breakfast but if you advertise it I expect at least some food, even prepackaged donuts would have been sufficient at that point.

Rm 100, the bed is extremely uncomfortable. Lumpy & hard. After trying to sleep, I called the front desk close to 11p. He could bring me an extra blanket to lay on but had nothing to move me to. Try to sleep again, no luck. 2nd call, new person did have another room but would have to charge more b/c it has 2 beds. I already paid extra for a king. I'm livid. Staying at a different chain for the next 13 nights. 1*, Trvlocity grtee, chargeback. :(
