This is a great, inexpensive hotel. However, you get what you pay for. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived and we cleaned it out. Our room had an adjoining door and we could hear every word our neighbors said.
The Charcoal House restaurant is incredibly expensive and not worth the price. ( I think the steak was oven baked)
On the positive side, it is off the strip and less crowded. It is very easy to get a taxi or Uber. (The shuttle buses didn't run at times we needed it. )
The beds are very comfortable and the room was tidy.
I would recommend this hotel to people who are looking for a nice, inexpensive hotel.
