Room was clean but small. Bed was very comfortable. Checkin and staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed more tea bags which staff gave us straight away. We sat and had toasted sandwich in the evening and a few drinks in the bar, all good. Plenty of parking and no noise from the main road. We reported the shower leaked but this didn’t stop it from being used. We could have done with more towels and better quality loo paper but again didn’t mar the stat. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Friendly and helpful staff can really make a difference in a stay, and it's fantastic that they were quick to accommodate your request for more tea bags. Enjoying toasted sandwiches and drinks in the bar sounds like a cozy way to unwind. It's also a plus that there was ample parking and no disturbances from the main road.Noting the leaky shower and the desire for more towels and better quality toilet paper, those are definitely areas where the hotel could improve. However, I'm glad to hear that these issues didn't overshadow your overall stay. Not worth the prize
I have used this structure at the past, the room in the new wing where I was assigned to was too small, I could hardly move around the bed without having to bump onto the wall and furniture. This is absolutely not worth the prize of £79 per night.

The room was so mouldy and cold with a very smelly carpet...please make sure you resolve the mould and smell issue of room 43..Did not enjoy anything at all and the receptionist does not answer calls..1 commong ironing room...everything did not make sense at all

It was a very last minute booking but it was done very smoothly and although we arrived there very late at night the staff still had a smile on their face, they were very polite and welcoming. The area looked a bit isolated, it was a little bit noisy due to the bar and due to the fact that we were in the ground floor but we had one of the best sleeps ever! Thank you

Good location but if you wanna go to London with public transportion it starts to add up a lot, but thats not really a problem with the hotel, just something to keep in mind. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

First room 214 have sawage smell in and was uninhabitable, the staff at reception where very good and i changed room no problem. However the poor condition of the rooms and hall ways means i will never be back . The location is also poor but if you had a nice room and facilities tou could forget about the outside , unfortunately it had neither.

Excellent Hotel
Arrived 6 hours before check in due to going to the BTCC at brands hatch, staff were amazing and allowed me to leave my bags in a luggage room so I didn't have to lug it around at the event all day, check in was nice and easy once back and the room was very clean
