With the exception of a Scottish lady who checked me in, most of the staff seem to find it more convenient to ignore the customer. What is on offer, accomm and food is worth 50% of the prices "

"Fabulous hotel! My only complaint is there were no drawers—just two shelves in one of the closets. This seems to be a general trend in hotels. Maybe bureaus are considered old-fashioned? Other than that small quibble the place was wonderful. We had a fifth floor castle view room with a (very comfortable) bed. Staff, pool, breakfast all excellent."
