The staff are so friendly and polite. I am impressed by the sebel , they are compatible to other worldwide famous brand hotel, I would certainly recommend the sebel to others.

Nice staff and spacious hotel rooms ! Everything is perfect ! I have never tried this brand before and the hotel impressed me !I highly recommend the sebel and definitely will consider it next visit .

Hotel facilities and staff were overall very good, finding local convenience store difficult, car parks were extremely tight, even for smaller cars.

Unfortunately the bed was way to soft. Was woken by garbage truck. Loved the spa bath just needed nice products to put in it soap just makes it bubble

Would definitely stay here again
The room was actually an apartment, and was well equipped. The kitchen had everything we might have needed incl fridge, microwave, cooktop, sink, plates, utensils, pots and pans. The bathroom even included a washer and dryer that worked beautifully (incl washing soap), so we arrived home with clean clothes. Need was comfortable, WiFi was fast, TV was smart. Everything was really good

I booked a Deluxe Suite, 1 bedroom. When we got to the room found out that is was a wheelchair adapted room. Pull down seat in the shower, low handles on everything, no toilet lid, etc. etc. I don't know why we were allocated this room ???? Also another surprise was parking is NOT free, $10 a night to park under the hotel. Just another added expense to the room. This room was also alongside a laneway and I was woken up early due to the noise they made.

Unfortunately was left disappointed after our stay. Facilities are very run down and tired. Room was dusty with old mismatched furniture. The lounge was pushed up against the door to the bedroom which made it difficult to access. Only given the option of two very old and tired pillows that were also very uncomfortable and dusty. Ended up with bites either from dust mites or bed bugs but either way very displeasing and not a good combination for a decent nights sleeps. Not really sure that the hotel warrants a 4 star rating.

Separate bedrooms seem to be rare nowadays, so that was great. Mini bar/snacks would’ve been great but not a major issue. The tables and benches looked very bare and boring though. Again, not an issue but maybe just some reading material or ornaments of some sort

Good business class hotel in Launceston.
We enjoyed our stay at the Sebel Launceston. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The washer and dryer proved to be very useful and the small utility unit is cleverly designed with a small hob, microwave and so on. It also had an extractor fan which made it usable in a way many such units are not because of in room smoke detectors. The Sebel is a short walk from town and the river and the surrounding area felt safe. Next time we stay in Launceston we shall stay at the Sebel again.

We stayed five nights while the hotel is in a good position to walk around the city the rooms lack any character, bright blaring lights uncomfortable sofa and minimal furnishing offer only a functional stay. The restaurant seems to function as a separate entity, there's no other coffee shop in the hotel and breakfast is menu only. Staff are friendly but can only do so much.

Great location on the “flatter” side of town. Fantastic spacious rooms and toilet seperate from bathroom was an unexpected bonus. Staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We couldn’t have wished for more and thoroughly recommend.
