I never stayed here i made the reservation by mistake and contacted them with in 5 minutes of making the reservation and they refused to give me refund this is this is unacceptable behavior for business

Just down the street from Wegmans. We stayed three nights and they never serviced the room. They told us that was policy? Had to request towels, garbage and recycling containers overflowing in the room. What are you paying for if not a clean and comfortable room? Breakfast was good, coffee was really good.

We are a family of 5 with two dogs. The hotel is clean and conveniently located next to Wegmans so we could get food. We were here for 5 nights. No complaints but some things to be aware of. beds are full size not queen as indicated in the room description. No room service or restaurant on site. There is a bar but only serves food Monday-Wednesday. They don’t clean rooms daily only every 3 days. You can put garbage outside room and they will take it and will bring clean towels by request.

Convenient to HPN airport and The Capitol Theater. Also easy to drive to w ample parking. Stff was very nice. Rooms clean and well equipped. Did not like the quality of my hamburger

While a little sterile looking, the hotel is immaculate and everything was above average. Comfy bed, excellent breakfast, and was a great location for our needs.

We stayed here in the way from DC to New Hampshire and would definitely stay here again. Super friendly staff, very comfortable rooms, and the kids loved the breakfast buffet. Win for all.

At check in we were told that the hotel restaurant was closed for a while so no food available at property during our stay. We were directed to walk to a local supermarket for food. We should have been made aware of this at booking time as we would have chosen a different hotel with a restaurant.
Tv didn’t work in our room. Front desk told us to wait for engineer to fix. After insisting on a room change which was not offered - new room had replacement blinds for broken blinds which didn’t block out light from outside.

We spent 3-4 days a week for 2 months while my brother received treatment at mskcc. We couldn’t have ask for better accommodations (full kitchen and private bedroom) Staff is efficient and friendly, great breakfast.
Only - no smart tv and not the greatest hot water/water pressure.
