Well there were ants all over my bed all over the bathroom they did change the bedding but no compensation or anything just oh sorry and change the bedding other than that it was OK

Facility a little dated, but everything clean, staff attentive to any requests, pool very clean, and breakfast very well done. A very nice place to stay.

The room is clean. The staff is very friendly. The full breakfast starts at 6AM everyday with rich varieties sausages/eggs to pancakes, etc.

The carpet smells. The first room was widely open. The lock was broken. The front desk staff wasn't very polite. Very limited food options for the included breakfast.

Staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub great...(a bit too much chlorine.). Fitness room was limited but ok. Side door not secure with card access. Thanks you.
Room was great, bed was comfy and pillows were cloudlike. Hotel wasn’t modern but was comfortable and clean. Pool
was awesome. Jennifer at the front desk was lovely, friendly and helpful.
Staff was welcoming, pleasant, helpful. Very clean and comfortable.Breakfast was excellent. Probably one of the most pleasant stays at a property in years- and we travel a Lot!
Everything was easy, great place to stay. It's a little remote and makes you feel safe and sound.

Tho not a bad place, property could be updated more. Super Friendly Staff. Very accommodating. However the bathroom walls were beginning to mildew & the tube faucet would still run while the shower was on cause the water in the tube to fill. Thank God the drain was kinda fast. I didn’t complain but that was kinda an issue. The hot water was plentiful & goid shower pressure. Beds were comfortable, we slept really well.
The water pressure far exceeded any hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The cleaning staff did a great job as we stayed over three days. The breakfast quality was very good. I have never seen a machine that makes pancakes in one minute with the touch of a button. Highly recommend the facility.
Was not given the room i paid for, nor any restitution for them not living up to their end of the deal. The hotel itself is old as dirt and does not try to hide it. We felt very gross staying here and will not be using hotels.com or best western ever again

Very friendly staff from the front desk to the dining area. Danish in dining area was consistently replenished prior to running out. Warm breakfast available. Very comfortable beds and nice room. Only (minor) complaint is that the view from the window is the exterior of another section of the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
Front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and informative. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Walls are very thin. I could hear everything the people next to me were doing. Their TV, talking in normal voices, showering. Too loud to stay there again.

First checking in lobby was dirty (portion of rooms have people living there full time) - staff was nice enough checking in. Went to room - door was ajar - never had that before. Didn't fell safe going into room. Room was average. No soap or shampoo in room. Had to request. No doors to outside locked at any time of day/night. One of the back doors was open with extension cord to laborers (being PC) could listen to music/drink/get high again not safe. Later that evening going out for food they mocked me and my finance leaving - I guess because I complained that the door was propped open and they were parting.
I was however upgraded to an executive room - not really sure the difference...Door locked but deadbolt lock had no attachment to door... I have photos.
Complained to best western apon leaving - no response from the company. Partially my fault for staying in a Best Western but at 230/night I expected something reasonable. Never again

very nice property for the price. Great, friendly &helpful staff! Only cleanliness issue was that the upstairs hallway smelled VERY BAD of stale smoke! Thank goodness the smell was not in our room.
Wifi was spotty in the room - roku couldn't stay connected, neither could my computer.
