It seemed like a great place to stay, small rooms but efficient rooms. And they had a great breakfast offering. I would stay there again.

Stopped off on a cycle trip. Good location, good service and bicycles stored with no fuss. Breakfast ok. Rooms small and showers pretty useless. One of the rooms had a leaky shower and a significant smell problem.

Unfortunately, the only disadvantage of our hotel in the middle of the town is that we don't have our own car parking. As mentioned on our website, there is public parking available 50m from the hotel and guests can park in front of the hotel for a maximum of 30 minutes to drop off luggage. The hotel is located in central Kortrijk. There is a pay to park carpark within a minute's walk. Also within a couple of minutes are the restaurants, bars and shops in the centre of town. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. This isn't a high end hotel but it is clean, well run and above functional with a decent bar and a very good breakfast. It will be my default hotel in the area in future. The hotel staff are the real jewels here.

While it is not customary for Ibis hotels in Belgium to offer tea making facilities in the room, we do have Premium rooms which contain Nespresso coffee machines. We regret to hear of the incident with your bed, we wish you had informed us during your stay so that our team would have found an immediate solution. We already briefed our Housekeping staff to pay attention on this matter. We are sorry you found the breakfast overpriced. For information, the rate is the same in all our hotels in Belgium, we do have several promotions online which offer you reductions on the breakfast or offer you the breakfast included in the rates. Lovely little hotel right in the heart of town. Easy to walk to everything. Hotel staff were super lovely and helpful. Hotel is really clean, breakfast was good, room was small but nice. Not many power points though

Typical Ibis hotel. Rooms a bit cramped and beds have toppers on that move when you do! Bathroom ok and breakfast reasonable but highly overpriced. Was led to believe rooms were city view. Ours was a wall with very limited natural light
