During our stay , following first night we were all itchy and my daughter appeared to have bumps on arms. Could not get room service or front desk to give clean sheets after visible bed bugs."

"Slow elevators. Only 1 working. Did not explain the credits or fees very well. The staff was not very well informed. On what credits and fees were required.I had to check with multiple staff members. The valet parking was extremely slow. It took 35 minutes to get a car. When they advertised 20 to 25 minutes. My breakfast order was missed, and I had to resubmit it. The towels were very rough. I would expect softer towels at a luxury hotel"
