Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this place promises peace and relaxation for every guest.  
  
Inside, you'll find a welcoming eat-in kitchen equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and, of course, a coffee machine for cosy mornings. Two cosy bedrooms offer the perfect retreat after an eventful day. A flatscreen TV and free WLAN provide entertainment. The entire flat is designed as a non-smoking area and also has a shower/WC. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for shared use in the building.  
  
The outdoor area invites you to relax with a spacious, approximately 300 square metre sunbathing lawn, which is available for exclusive use. Enjoy the fresh North Sea air on the balcony, which is equipped with cosy garden furniture, or linger on the terrace, which invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. Despite the quiet location, the provider lives on the property but is discreetly in the background.
