I checked in on 4/26/26 ( Saturday ) my room was never cleaned until 5/2/26 ( Sunday) as I questioned the front desk why on 5/1 /26. I was told the “ apartment” is scheduled to be cleaned twice a week on Tuesday and Friday . First I was told 5/1 was public holiday, cleaning service was off. But I was cleaning lady was cleaning the room cross hallway from me and another leaning lady was cleaning a room in another section of the hallway. Another thing when I came back on 5/1 evening, my room light were on which I turned off when I left in the morning.

Best hotel we've stayed at in a long time. Great theme, friendly staff especially in the restaurant. Decent garage with chargers. Will be staying again.

Didn’t see any staff during the two night stay. Online check in was confusing but eventually worked okay. Apartment was attractive, extremely spacious, clean, well equipped and quiet.
