Sorry Nathaniel, we do not keep the deposit which is meant for incidental charges like damages to the property. you signed the incidental deposit policy which clearly explains that there shouldn't be any damage to linen or if you smoke in the room. while checking out after 2 nights we had explained you and showed you all the linen damaged with color which was of more value than your deposit amount. as a guest you rent a room and you are not supposed to damage the property of the hotel you are staying.sorry you are mistaken.

Nice hideaway in Wenatchee
This was a pleasantly enjoyable hotel. We were given a upgrade ADA room with a king size bed. Nice tv, fantastic ADA compliment shower (if only I had this at home) my 2 issues, 1 pillows were awful & went flat quickly and 2 needed extra blanket. We love to sleep in a cool room and had the AC on.

The floors were very dirty! Made the bottom of my feet black just after 15 minutes of being out of the shower I had to wash my feet again to put my socks on so they were clean& that’s really not good.

Fridge froze our food instead just keeping it cold. Air conditioner and water pipes very noisy. Very outdated furniture. Room was very stuffy. Although clean and bed was comfortable I would not stay here again. Overpriced for what you get.

Be advised there is a bedbug issue in one of the double queen rooms. We booked the room for our family of 3 hoping for a comfortable experience. During the night, I noticed that I was getting itchy. I didn't think much of it as I have sensitive skin and thought it was due to the detergent. As precaution I did inspect the beddings and mattress and did not notice anything unusual and was exhausted from the long trip and fell asleep. The following morning my son noticed a BEDBUG CRAWLING ON THE HEADBOARD. I promptly alerted the manager, who offered a compensation of $50 as the best resolution. Given that we paid over $300 for the room, this offer was unsatisfactory. Moreover, the manager requested that I sign a release form, prohibiting me from posting negative reviews in exchange for the compensation. I declined this offer and am in the process of filing a chargeback with my credit card company to seek a fair resolution.

There was no breakfast and when we asked, we receive a tiny apple and granola bar. Apple was the size of a small tangerine. It was difficult to communicate with staff.

This hotel that we were in was not cleaned at all!!! Our sheets were dirty not cleaned at all and we found bed bugs and the manager their tried to act as if it weren’t bed bugs. We took videos and when we woke up the next day with bites all over us NOT OKAY AT ALL!!! If your thinking of staying at this hotel DONT!! I’m warning you now it’s infested with bed bugs.

My stay at this budget hotel was disappointing. The room was dirty, with hairs on the night table and in the tub, garbage on the window sill, and a dusty floor. Regardless of its affordability, cleanliness should never be an excuse. I cannot recommend this hotel to others until improvements are made.

This is gonna sound funny but this hotel actually had two ply soft toilet paper which I’m not seeing in top Hill hotels. The room is simple but clean everything’s here is expecting a lot more do you have the wrong place but it’s still a wonderful piece of property

A great spot
If you want fancy-pants then go elsewhere. But if you want a clean, comfortable, safe space, then this is a fabulous spot!! I have a few levels to judge on. The smell when i first walk in. Is the air on and the room cooled? (It MATTERS lol) Are they friendly? Is it CLEAN?? They are right down town Wenatchee, but still very quiet at night. Roo. Smelled clean. Air was on so it was welcoming Lots of channels on tv. Good lighting. I love their JACUZZI SUITE!! Yes, I paid $166 for one night. But elsewhere would have easily cost $250+ and it is clean. I've stayed many times. Always clean. They provide decent coffee and breakfast is a few blocks away. Beds are COMFY and the regular bath tub is huge too.
