We are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, however, your review contains a lot of false information about our hotel, so I must take this opportunity to correct your statements so that they do not mislead other potential guests.1. We do charge nightly pet fees, as most pet-friendly hotels do. The pets fees are described in our policies, which are listed on all of our booking platforms.2. We have a variety of different rooms styles, and you would have gotten the exact room style that you selected at the time of booking. Our deluxe rooms differ from our standard rooms in the amenities that are available in the rooms and that is based on the room style you select at the time of booking.3. Our beds do not have air mattresses on them. They are all high quality mattresses from Twilight Bedding based in Spokane.4/5. We strictly enforce our quiet hours, and although we do not have staff on site during the night, we have an after-hours phone that gets answered very reliably. The staff member with the after-hours phone did not receive any calls during the time that you were staying here.6. If you need more of anything in your room, the front desk is happy to provide it. We just need to be informed of what you need.7. We have plenty of parking for all our guests and we put down salt and sand every time any paths become slippery. Sometimes it can take time to get all of our paths cleared after it snows, but we do make sure to get to all of them eventually.8. We do charge a fee for late check-outs. The fee is 25 for one hour (12pm) or 40 for two hours (1pm). With a small housekeeping team, late check-outs can have a significant impact on their ability to clean all rooms by 4pm, so the late check-out fees help offset the impact on housekeeping.9. I have slept at our hotel many times and think our pillows and bedding are very nice and always very clean. I am sorry they did not meet your standards.10. All rooms are decorated and furnished a little differently, but they all have some seating in the form of chairs or a small couch.11. The blackout shades are not transparent. They are fully opaque.12. Housekeeping always cleans out the fridges in the rooms and always makes sure that the room is free of unpleasant odors before letting the front desk that it is clean. If there was a smell in your fridge that was overlooked, I apologize.From what I understand, you did not bring any of these concerns to our attention during your stay, which means we never had an opportunity to correct them. If any part of a guest's stay is not satisfactory, we are happy to offer discounts based on the nature and severity of the issue. If you would like to speak to a manager about your concerns, please reach out to us directly and we would be happy to address them.

During winter our lobby is open weekdays 7:30-8:30pm and weekends 7:30-9:30pm. We apologize for any miscommunication!
