Had a lovely stay after watching the lioness at Wembley. Very convenient for Wembley and staff were nice. Very quiet so good nights sleep until the builders started outside but that was on another building. The only negative was the plastic glasses. Guests in hotel should not be drinking and paying high prices out of a plastic glass. Other than that a nice stay.

Friendly and polite staff, easy check in even if we got at the hotel a bit earlier than 15:00. Clean room and dinning experience was fantastic as they do great food. Near to the arena and subway station as well.

Our room smelled. Even when reported to reception, she did not try to move us. Instead she had housekeeping come and spray something which did not help. The overall property is nice. Just our room smelled the entire stay.

One Night Only.
The hotel is in the perfect location on Wembley's doorstep and a few minute walk from the Ovo Arena. The reception area was very welcoming and we were booked in seamlessly. The room itself was clean. We weren't keen on the glass doors on the bathroom - whilst frosted, they didn't close in the normal way, therefore offering little privacy. The beds were reasonably comfortable, but not to my taste - this is a personal preference. This was only a one night stay t attend a concert. We would stay here again if we were attending a gig in the area.

Good sized room for London. Bathroom has a frosted glass door with no lock which was awkward. Complimentary water (one time) was provided. Slight issue with the shower - the bar was loose and had to be fixed. Don't like the £10 per hour charge for early and late checkin and the £25 for overnight parking til Noon and additional £15 til 6pm. Area is lively with good dining options. Steps to the Tube, which is very convenient.

Good overall stay....
Check in was very efficient. The room was cleaned but the carpet was very stained, as was some of the furniture. It made the room look very shabby. The bathroom was great, a good shower. The bedding also looked a bit past it and the bed itself was lumpy. We stayed in room 808 Dec 1st. Breakfast was great, no problems at all.

Hotel was fine for a one night stay for a concert at Wembley arena. Staff was friendly and lobby was nice. We couldn’t figure out lights in room - you need your room key to turn them on. Half shower door, which I hear is common in the UK. Bed was sort of soft - not the most comfortable but fine. Room completely carpeted. Housekeeping came at around 9. Overall, I would stay again but not a favorite.

Staff excellent throughout our stay. Great hotel. Room very comfortable and clean. Very convenient for both Wembley Stadium and Arena. Literally 5 mins walk away. Underground 5 mins walk away. Lots of choice for dining and shopping too. Would definitely stay again.
