It’s set in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to many beautiful beaches, nice restaurants and nearby attractions. We were a group of 7 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 3 grandchildren) with 2 dogs. There was ample room with all the supplies and amenities we needed. The sunrise from Wells Beach was a nice chance for the dogs to get their beach time. The Marginal Way is a very short drive and a must see when in the area. The grandkids enjoyed York’s Wild Kingdom and the arcade at Short Sands in York just a short drive. Check in and out was accomplished very easily via text message, the instructions for check out were clear.
