"I only stayed on night but the staff were incredible. I do not know her name but she has long curly blonde, I believe, hair. She is thin and has long nails, can't text without them :). She was the best host I have been around. She was accommodating, polite, funny, and helpful. If she was in Kansas City, I would hire her. When I am back in Wichita, I will definitely stay at the Ambassador again. Kudos to your team."

"A nice hotel to sleep in one night after leaving Texas for the solar eclipse. Severe weather delayed our trip by about 3 to 4 hours so my father and I stopped here instead of a hotel in KC. This turned out to be a good choice. Right away when I was struggling to get the luggage cart in, a helpful staff member helped get the cart to our room. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The place has a gym and outdoor pool. We didn't stay long enough for that and it was too early in the season for the pool to be set up, but it is nice to know those things exist for longer stays."
