Thanks for sharing your feedback. It's helpful to know that there are additional charges for parking. Ours at 25 a night is a deal as it is on site and accessible by lift. The noise and ventilation issues are definitely things to address. It sounds like there are areas for improvement, especially with essential amenities like toilet paper. Room is cossy, but alot of noises were coming from neighbors and cleaningor repairman. I think the rooms where not very noise proof. Otherwise great place and I would recommend

Hi Donna, thanks for the review. I am disappointed that you weren't aware of the parking charges - we are LOUD about it - 25 for overnight or 28 for 24 hours. We have limited parking and it causes upset when not booked. To eliminate the distress it is clearly stated on all booking sites and in confirmation emails sent directly to guests. It is not our intention to hide costs. Nga mihi

We booked a room with a King bed. It had a view and the amenities were good with more accessible Sky TV channels. However the noise from the street was awful with people screaming and shouting till 3.30 am. The rubbish truck came at 5am.The hotel windows are not double glazed and the walls are paper thin. With only 1 hr of sleep that night, we had to request for a quiet room and accepted a more budget room with limited TV channels and a wall for a view. We had a good night's sleep. Staff are helpful which is appreciated. My advice is book a quiet budget room if you want a reasonable night's sleep. I like the convenience of staying here as we can walk everywhere plus easy access to the Inter island ferry.

Really good value for money! Great rooms- modern, comfy- everthing you need in a hotel room- especially when you've got so many dining and shopping options right outside your door. Staff were all really pleasant, helpful and really nice. We will definitely stay again.Plus they've got a roof top bar!!!

Good location, staff were very good but tired looking inside and noisy on the 6th floor due to a hum all night outside (possible aircon unit) also the rooftop bar had patrons up and down the stairs entering the lift. It was a weekend though so should expect that.

Excellent area of the city. All of the main city features were in walking distance. The bonus was it was only a 20 minute walk to the Bluebridge Ferry terminal.

Roomwise' we felt that the property needs some renovation. Our room had several 'little' negatives like a WC seat which needs fixing and the hand' towel ring with part of it broken. Altogether we felt it needed a spruce-up.

Great and conveniant place to stay as its in walking distance of everything, the rooms a dont offer very much. We stayed in a studio room but had no cutlery mugs or bowls (for things like noodles) and only had two glasses for the coffee so unfortunately had to out source disposables for the time being. The room was warm and felt safe too

Convenient and good value for money but receptionist doesn't engender confidence when you tell her of an existing damage of electrical switch next to the hair dryer. Receptionist must br retrained to talk with proper customer focus

Property location is great, pretty accessible to shopping and other tourist sites. Staff is very pleasant, so helpful! A bit disappointed that our room doesn’t have a safe to store valuables. We stayed at a double room and we wish the bathroom had more shelving.

We paid almost a grand for 4 nights. We weren't informed there would be no utilities such as microwave cutlery ect. Nowhere wash dishes. We put our water in the fridge and it froze. Hotel staff weren't overly friendly. We asked for our room to be cleaned by leaving the sign out on our door. When we got back there was a bag of fresh towels but out dirty ones had not been taken along with other rubbish.

Hey Jemma - I am sorry that we weren't what you expected! Our rooms have tea & coffee making facilities and cutlery as described on the website. We'd love to be able to offer kitchen facilities but we just don't have the space. Thanks for bringing the fridge to our attention, we will get it replaced.For guests staying 2 nights or more we offer a restaurant voucher in lieu of the room service which I see you choose to have. A quick call to our reception team would have resulted in an immediate response with the towels replaced and the rubbish removed. I am sorry the team left towels outside your door - sometimes it's tricky getting the balance of guest privacy verse servicing a room right.Your booking of almost a grand also included parking in the secure on site garage. I do hope you made the most of your stay in the Coolest little capital.
